Privacy& terms
The same transparency we put on every pack — applied to your data.
Privacy policy
This website is operated by Ferrara Caffè (“Ferrara”, “we”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Welcome offer (10% code): your email address (required), and — if you choose to share them — your name, birth date and phone / WhatsApp number, plus how you want to receive your code.
- Partner requests: your name, company or venue, email, phone / WhatsApp, business type, city and country, estimated volume, website or social profile and your message.
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone and company, topic and message.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as IP address and device type), used to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To send you your welcome code by email or WhatsApp, and news from Ferrara if you agreed to receive it.
- To answer your questions and prepare partnership proposals.
- To send a birthday surprise, only if you shared your birth date.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website and deliver messages (hosting, email and messaging services), and only as needed for those purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you stay subscribed or as long as needed to handle your request, then delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time — use the link in our emails or write to info@ferraracaffe.com.
Cookies
This website uses the cookies needed for it to work (for example, to remember that you closed the welcome pop-up) and may load embedded content, such as videos, from third parties.
Terms of use
- Content: texts, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Ferrara Caffè or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our written consent.
- Welcome code: one code per person, redeemable at participating Ferrara partner cafés and stores. It cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless the partner allows it.
- Product information: tasting notes and cups-per-pack figures are indicative.
- Changes: we may update these terms and this policy; the latest version is always on this page.
